This online course is designed and taught by José de Groot (E-RYT 500 & YACEP).

José specialises in teaching Yin Yoga Anatomy and Meridians Teacher Trainings, and has been doing so since 2007.

Blending expertise in yoga, functional anatomy, meditation, pranayama, meridian and Chi stimulation, as well as Chinese Elemental theory and yoga philosophy, José invites her students to tune into their bodies, teaching them to understand the purpose behind poses and create a practice that works for their bodies.

Drawing on decades of study with renowned teachers like Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers, José's wish for everyone is to be free in body, mind, and spirit – not bound by comparison, external validation, or the feeling of not being good enough.
