"When I started the YTT in January 2025, I had no intention to work as a yoga teacher one day. My motivation was to gain more knowledge about yoga in general and some aspects such as the nervous system and anatomy in particular.
However, only a few months into the training, I found myself thinking about themes, sequencing classes and recording them for friends and family. I even opened my own (private) YouTube channel—and I was enjoying it.
Things that I had never considered suddenly became a possibility, thanks to the friendly, approachable and knowledgeable teachers, the very good design of the training, and the nice community which I more and more felt to be a part of."

"I started this 200H Yoga Teacher Training in January with a lot of curiosity but not much confidence in my ability to teach. The quality of the program has really impressed me: the teachers are incredibly knowledgeable, and the content is rich and varied.
As a working mom, I’ve really appreciated the flexibility to watch the videos at my own pace and fit the training into my daily life. Over time, I also felt a growing sense of connection with the group, especially through the regular practice sessions with different teammates.
If someone had asked me in January how I felt about teaching a yoga class, I wouldn’t have thought it was possible. And now, with just two weeks to go, I’m already teaching fellow students, friends, and family.”

Can I take this course even if I don’t want to teach yoga?
Absolutely! If you’re taking this course purely to dive deeper into the practice, philosophy and concepts of yoga, we welcome you!
