Menopause marks a profound transition – physically, emotionally, and energetically. This 16-class yoga program offers a compassionate and empowering way to navigate that change. Designed specifically for women in perimenopause and menopause, each practice supports a different aspect of this life stage: including building strength and stability, balancing hormones, embracing change, and finding deep rest.
With a blend of different styles including Hatha, Vinayasa, Yin, Restorative and some functional strength work, classes range from the energising to the restorative and help to ease common symptoms such as anxiety, fatigue, mood swings, and disrupted sleep.

The practices are divided into four key sections:
